  3. When I’m in the morning shift at the clinic I wake up at 4.00am, I have breakfast, do the dishes, do the bed and then I take a shower, brushes my teeth, get dressed, do my hair, make up etc… so at 4.50 am I am getting out off home to take the bus.
I usually listen to music when i´m commuting, I get to the clinic at 5.40 am to have my second breakfast, at 6.00am I get into lab to work in haematology until 1.00 pm, at that time I have lunch, at 1.40pm I come back to the lab to finish my shift, so I go home at 2.30 more less.
I usually get home at 3.30, I have a snack and a nap, at 4.30pm I wake up to go to the gym or English class, at 8.00 pm i´m free for going out, go to the supermarket, clean the apartment, study or just stay at home. At 11 I go to bed. My routine depends of my shifts, sometimes I got free days on weekdays and work at weekends.
